You will …
Manage paid acquisition channels including Facebook/Instagram and Google Adwords. You will do both “strategy” and “execution.”
Manage day-to-day creation and execution of paid advertising campaigns including creative development, ad placement, audience building, and landing page design
Design and analyze experiments (i.e., A/B and multivariate tests) to gain insights and evaluate opportunities for optimization across digital marketing channels
Perform competitive analysis and competitive landscape research to suggest new campaign ideas and tactics to increase market share
Maintain a sophisticated and nuanced view of acquisition and retention marketing efforts by channel, with an eye toward continuously improving them through actionable data insights
Bachelors degree from a strong program
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an analytical role at an e-commerce brand/company, paid marketing agency, or consulting/banking firm.
You’re good at mathand have a strong interest in becoming an expert at Excel.
You have a genuine interest in building a career in customer acquisition and performance marketing.
A love of reading and contemporary fiction
