Associate, Digital Marketing Strategy

We are seeking a growth-oriented marketer to lead execution of our customer acquisition efforts across our paid digital channels. This is a great opportunity to learn how to execute across with multiple paid marketing channels and project management to drive growth for an exciting direct-to-consumer brand.

You will … 

  • Report and analyze acquisition and retention channel data to help inform marketing strategy decisions 

  • Assist in managing paid acquisition channels including Facebook/Instagram and Google Adwords 

  • Design and analyze experiments (i.e., A/B and multivariate tests) to gain insights and evaluate opportunities for optimization across digital marketing channels  

  • Work with Director of Analytics to accurately track and analyze marketing spend and performance  

  • Partner with creative team to develop assets for creative testing across digital platforms and report results in a timely manner 

  • Maintain a sophisticated and nuanced view of acquisition and retention marketing efforts by channel, with an eye toward continuously improving them through actionable data insights 

About You 

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, customer marketing, content marketing, or online product management at an entrepreneurial consumer brand 

  • Strong interest in using quantitative data to inform qualitative decisions. Ability to do math and use Microsoft Excel well is a requirement 

  • Familiarity with Facebook/Instagram platform  

  • Detail-oriented, well-organized 

  • A love of reading and contemporary fiction
