BOTM is looking for a VP to lead a our team focused on identifying and executing new growth opportunities. This requires a functional mix of strategy, project management, and growth marketing. The successful candidate will be a general manager with experience leading across a range of functions in digital content or consumer internet products and services. The position will report to the company’s c-level leadership.
Examples of new growth opportunities include, new geographies and demographics for our existing product, opportunities in original programming and community features, new e-commerce product extensions, and new opportunities that leverage BOTM’s unique brand, customers, or capabilities.
The VP will operate in three key areas: (a) develop business cases by conducting competitive and market research and analysis, (b) project manage a portfolio of growth opportunities and staff a team against those opportunities, and (c) build, grow and manage opportunities that get the greenlight.
