Head of Culture, Recruiting & Team Development

We’re an entrepreneurial team building a growing business and we’re looking for an exceptional person to help our build our team and culture. This is a leadership position and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to become a key member our management team over time.  

Key responsibilities:

  • Build a recruiting process to help us define key roles and attract top-notch professionals
  • Develop programs, events and norms that will build team and culture
  • Drive employee happiness and productivity
  • Lead a process to articulate and explain our key cultural values internally and externally
  • Develop feedback and personnel management processes
  • Oversee benefits programs and onboarding

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience at an entrepreneurial eCommerce, media, content, consumer or technology company with 50-200 employees.
