Performance Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a performance marketer to join our customer acquisition team. This is a great opportunity to learn about all aspects of customer acquisition at a subscription based direct-to-consumer brand. You will be responsible for assisting in the execution of an at-scale, 8-figure advertising budget. The successful candidate will be highly analytical, but also possess a strong commercial sensibility and fundamental understanding of the BOTM member. 

About the Role

  • Create, manage, and execute advertising programs across email, Facebook, Adwords, and other relevant customer acquisition programs.
  • Create reports that facilitate active monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing of our paid customer acquisition spend.
  • Identify opportunities to increase profitable customer acquisition spend and provide quantitative supporting evidence.
  • Act as the project manager for key marketing campaigns by facilitating seamless communication and coordination across marketing, creative, product, and technology.

About You

  • 4-year undergraduate degree.
  • You love to read contemporary fiction<-- This is important!
  • Math is a strength of yours.  You make very few decisions without using it. 
  • You have the empathy required to develop a deep understanding of the underlying factors motivating consumers to make (or not make) a purchase.
  • Experience with marketing tools and platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, programmatic ad-buying platforms, third-party tracking software, etc. is a plus, but not a requirement. 
  • Extremely organized.  Proven ability to establish business processes that scale beyond your individual contribution.
  • Strong tech skills.  You enjoy working with technology and you know your way around a relational database.
