Creative Operations Manager

We are looking for a Manager, Creative Operations to make our creative and marketing pipeline fly! Key attributes include a love of detailed project planning, coordinating cross-functional tasks, acting as a liaison between creative and business teams, and delivering against tight deadlines.

The role:

  • Track and manage creative projects through reviews, approval, and distribution of final assets
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans that are always up to date and accurately reflect the status of all active creative projects
  • Understand the business team's objectives and constraints, calibrate the level of creative effort, assign project to relevant members of the creative team and balance workload to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency 
  • Bring a positive, solution-oriented mindset to tackling problems and help unify and motivate colleagues
  • Optimize and improve creative processes over time
  • Source and manage external creative vendor relationships (designers, agencies, photographers, producers)

Key requirements:

  • 4+ years of project management in the creative space
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • Understanding of how creative teams work
  • Ability to work on multiple projects, fast timelines and with different personalities
  • Master of problem solving and being proactive
