You will …
Execute end-to-end social media marketing strategies and initiatives, including ideation, planning, content publishing, and analytics
Perform social media analytics and engage in social listening to modify strategies based on market trends and audience insights
Work with creative team, brand partners, and BOTM community to create and curate content that elicit emotional reactions and build genuine relationships
Test and report on new campaigns to increase impression share and engagement rate
Develop a program and guidelines to regularly engage with the BOTM social community, and supervise execution of social engagement by the member services team
Identify and negotiate social partnerships with other brands and creator accounts
Follow industry news, keep up with algorithm changes, and experiment with new features or platforms
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, performance marketing, and/or content development/strategy at an entrepreneurial DTC brand, content company, or agency
Strong interest in using quantitative data to inform qualitative decisions, ability to do math and use Microsoft Excel is a requirement
Proficiency with Facebook/Instagram and social scheduling platforms (i.e. Later, Sprout, etc.)
A love of reading and contemporary fiction
