This position reports to our Editorial & Content Director.
About the role …
Conceptualize, plan, and create compelling original content for Instagram, Facebook, our website and other platforms.
Produce content in various formats, including original writing, interviews, video, and photography.
Build strong relationships with bloggers, influencers and brand ambassadors.
Manage relationships with publisher/industry/partnering brands’ social media teams and work on strategies for cross-promotion.
Develop and manage member engagement programs (including, for instance, author Q&As for our Instagram stories).
Measure and report community growth, engagement, and business outcomes.
Participate in the process of reviewing and selecting titles for the club.
About you …
1-3 years of experience managing social media campaigns and creating amazing content.
Experience with building eCommerce or content brands is a plus.
Ability to deploy the brand’s distinctive voice and messages into effective social content.
Strong analytical problem solving skills, including solid math abilities.
A strong P.O.V. when assessing the success of a social campaign.
Passion for/knowledge of contemporary fiction across genres.
