We are seeking a product manager to lead development of the internal, business-user facing applications that are used to operate our subscription eCommerce experience. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across a wide variety of eCommerce applications, including: subscription billing, warehouse management and fulfillment, finance and royalty management, the admin panel, order management, and more. This role combines traditional software product management with operational program/project management to deliver the tools and processes that run our business. You will...

Partner with finance, operations, product, and engineering to identify problems and gather requests for new features and functionality across our business applications.
Prioritize software development efforts by actively adding new ideas to the roadmap and then working with others across the team to prioritize the roadmap for execution.
Own sprint planning for the business applications engineering team to ensure features are being built to meet the timelines on the roadmap.
Act as the expert across the business applications stack, part advice giver, part gatekeeper to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Hold teams accountable for delivering planned milestones on time.
Proactively identify and solve day-to-day problems/bugs across our business applications and exercise good judgment when deciding when to escalate issues.

About you..

You are technical. You have hands-on practical, technical experience that covers the fundamentals of building and shipping software and integrating third-party applications and data. Engineering or computer science degree is a plus, but not required.
You are a builder. You can look at a problem and create a solution all the way from top-level goals to nitty-gritty details.
You are a project manager. You manage deadlines and milestones with a focus on outcomes. Program managers and product managers are encouraged to apply!
You are pragmatic. You use the tools at your disposal to get the job done, including experience configuring and integrating third-party software.
You move fast. You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, iterative, and high-growth environment. Your bias is towards action.
