Associate, Growth Marketing (Performance Channels)

Book of the Month is seeking to hire a highly analytical, organized, and ambitious individual who is interesting in building a career in a growth oriented role. In this role you will working cross-functionally across the company to execute and optimize multiple campaigns, across multiple channels -- all aimed at growing our subscriber base. 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize advertising campaigns on one or more of the following digital channels: Paid social, Adwords, Programmatic, Podcasts, OTT/Linear TV, and more. 
  • Set-up and execute creative develop, ad placements, landing pages design, and audiences to operate campaigns.
  • Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly performance recaps including actionable insights and suggestions for optimization.
  • Work cross-functionally with Creative, Product, Operations, Business Development and Editorial teams to operate and optimize your campaigns. 
  • Complete a variety of other tasks with a positive attitude and very high level of competence. 

About You

  • 2+ Years experience in an analytical role.
  • Digital growth marketing experience is a plus, but not required. Experience at a consulting company, investment bank, or agency is also relevant to this position. 
  • Top-notch analytical skills with a proven ability to work through data to find opportunities and insights that are not readily apparent.
  • You are extremely organized.
  • You care deeply about creating consumer brands that customers love.
  • You read at least one commercial fiction book each month for fun.
